Де працює Veylo?

Лише в Києві й Київській області: дороги й карта цієї території вбудовані в застосунок.

Чи потрібен інтернет?

Для карти, маршруту й пошуку вулиць і будинків — ні. З інтернетом пошук знаходить більше (наприклад, АЗС). Інтернет потрібен також для покупок в App Store та оновлень застосунку.

Як знайти адресу?

Натисніть «Куди» й наберіть вулицю з номером будинку, назву місця чи категорію («аптека»). Або утримуйте палець на карті й виберіть «Маршрут сюди».

Veylo каже, що позиція сумнівна. Що робити?

Якщо точка на карті правильна, натисніть «Так, я тут». Якщо ні — «Позиція неправильна» або вкажіть місце на карті. Поки позиції не можна довіряти, Veylo показує кроки вручну: на кожному повороті натискайте «Далі» (краще, щоб це робив пасажир). Щойно позиція знову надійна, живе ведення продовжиться саме.

Немає голосу

Завантажте український голос iOS: Параметри → Доступність → Усний вміст → Голоси → Українська. Перевірте також кнопку звуку на екрані ведення й гучність телефона.

На карті немає нової дороги чи мосту

Карта й дороги — з OpenStreetMap; дату даних видно в застосунку (ⓘ). Нова дорога з'являється у Veylo, коли її нанесли в OpenStreetMap і вийшло оновлення застосунку. Напишіть нам, якої дороги бракує.

Чому час прибуття неточний?

Veylo не враховує заторів: час у дорозі — оцінка за типом доріг.

Як працює підписка?

Veylo працює з підпискою «Veylo Київ» на місяць, на 3 місяці або на рік. Нові підписники отримують 3 дні безкоштовно. Підписка продовжується автоматично, доки ви її не скасуєте. Поїздка, яка вже триває, не переривається, навіть якщо підписка закінчиться дорогою.

Який план обрати?

Чесна арифметика: місяць вигідніший, якщо Veylo потрібен на 1–2 місяці; 3 місяці — якщо на 3–4 місяці; рік коштує менше, ніж пів року помісячно, і вигідніший, якщо Veylo потрібен 5 місяців і довше. План можна змінити будь-коли: ⓘ → «Veylo Київ» → «Плани підписки».

Як скасувати підписку?

Параметри iPhone → ваше ім'я → Підписки → Veylo, або в застосунку: ⓘ → «Veylo Київ» → «Керувати підпискою або скасувати». Скасуйте щонайменше за 24 години до кінця періоду; до кінця оплаченого періоду Veylo працюватиме.

Перевстановили застосунок або оформили підписку на іншому iPhone

На екрані підписки натисніть «Відновити покупки» з тим самим Apple ID (або ⓘ → «Veylo Київ» → «Відновити покупки»).

Frequently asked questions

Where does Veylo work?

Only in Kyiv and Kyiv oblast: the roads and map of this area are built into the app.

Do I need internet?

Not for the map, routes, or searching streets and houses. With internet, search finds more (for example, fuel stations). Internet is also needed for App Store purchases and app updates.

How do I find an address?

Tap "Куди" (Where to) and type a street with a house number, a place name or a category ("аптека", pharmacy). Or touch and hold the map and choose "Маршрут сюди" (Route here).

Veylo says the position looks wrong. What should I do?

If the point on the map is right, tap "Так, я тут" (Yes, I'm here). If not, tap "Позиція неправильна" (Position is wrong) or pick your place on the map. While the position can't be trusted, Veylo shows manual steps: tap "Далі" (Next) at each turn, ideally a passenger does it. As soon as the position is reliable again, live guidance resumes on its own.

There is no voice

Download the Ukrainian iOS voice: Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → Ukrainian. Also check the sound button on the guidance screen and the phone's volume.

A new road or bridge is missing

Map and roads come from OpenStreetMap; the data date is shown in the app (ⓘ). A new road appears in Veylo once it has been mapped in OpenStreetMap and an app update is released. Tell us which road is missing.

Why is the arrival time inaccurate?

Veylo does not include traffic: travel times are estimates based on road types.

How does the subscription work?

Veylo works with the "Veylo Київ" subscription for a month, 3 months or a year. New subscribers get 3 days free. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. A drive in progress is never interrupted, even if the subscription ends on the way.

Which plan should I choose?

Plain arithmetic: a month is cheaper if you need Veylo for 1–2 months; 3 months if you need it for 3–4 months; a year costs less than six months paid monthly and is cheaper if you need Veylo for 5 months or longer. You can change the plan any time: ⓘ → "Veylo Київ" → "Плани підписки" (Plans).

How do I cancel?

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Veylo, or in the app: ⓘ → "Veylo Київ" → "Керувати підпискою або скасувати" (Manage or cancel). Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period; Veylo keeps working until the paid period ends.

I reinstalled the app or subscribed on another iPhone

On the subscription screen tap "Відновити покупки" (Restore Purchases) with the same Apple ID (or ⓘ → "Veylo Київ" → "Відновити покупки").
